Our main products are cast iron (gray &ductile iron) products.We produce these products with sand casting process(green sand,dry sand,and self-hardening sand).We have 2 foudnry shops,2 finishing and cleaning department,1 core-making department,1 maching shop,1 packing shop,and 1 lab.In foundry shop,we have cupola furnace and electric arc furnace,hydraulic forming and shock forming machines,we can produce castings from 0.2 kg to 2,000 kgs.In cleaning and finishing department,we have grind blasting and shot blasting machines.In machine shop,we have lathe,drilling,boring,milling,planing,shape,slotting,grinding machines,finished or semi-finished parts can be meet here.in packing and painting department,brushing,dipping,spray coating and eletrostatic coating can be met here
